Through cultures and history, many genres of music have emerged. Some of the most popular genres are rock, pop, hip-hop/rap, country, and many more. Research shows the most popular streaming apps for music are Apple Music, Spotify, Soundcloud, and Pandora. A survey was conducted between the 7th and 8th graders to see what the most popular streaming app and genre of music most well-liked by each group.

According to statistics, the most popular listened-to genre is hip-hop. Compared to the data from the survey conducted, the results are identical. Another set of statistics shows that Apple Music is the most used streaming app for music. Compared once again to the collected data from the survey, the most-streamed app for music is Spotify. The analysis states that there are 2586+ artists in the hip-hop community. In accordance with the survey, most students listen to hip-hop artists. Overall, the most listened to genre of the warrior campus is hip-hop, and the most-streamed music app is Spotify.
