Even though the finish lost the war, I think it’s inspiring that the finish people had such a big impact on history. Before I listened to this podcast I had no idea that the Soviet Union had invaded Finland. I think we can all learn from this little-known battle: even if the odds are impossible, use what you have to get as far as possible. This battle reminds me of a quote from Norman Vincent Peale. He said, “Shoot for the moon, and even if you miss, you’ll land upon the stars,” Even though Finland technically didn’t win the war, in the end, they created an impact that caused larger events, in turn, con a rolling snowball that would lead the victory of the allies.

This podcast is so good at describing how it felt to be there that you feel like you were there.
It is so good at explaining how the Finish had better health conditions
because the Russian soldiers didn’t know how to survive in the Finland cold.
It is good at explaining how the Finish may have tiny but they were mighty.
